I became a Personal Trainer to help people cut through the noise and get real results — losing fat, building strength, and improving fitness in a way that actually lasts.
My focus is simple: help you move better, get stronger, and feel more capable in everyday life.
Alongside general fat loss and strength coaching, I specialise in helping people overcome lower back pain through structured, strength-based training — rebuilding confidence in their bodies rather than avoiding movement.
I’m also one of the only TRX-qualified Personal Trainers in the area, using suspension training to improve core strength, stability, athleticism, and injury resilience.
Outside of fitness, I run PFA Power MENtor, where I mentor men to build physical strength, discipline, leadership, and higher personal standards.
