I became a Personal Trainer to help people cut through the noise and get real results — losing fat, building strength, and improving fitness in a way that actually lasts.

My focus is simple: help you move better, get stronger, and feel more capable in everyday life.

Alongside general fat loss and strength coaching, I specialise in helping people overcome lower back pain through structured, strength-based training — rebuilding confidence in their bodies rather than avoiding movement.

I’m also one of the only TRX-qualified Personal Trainers in the area, using suspension training to improve core strength, stability, athleticism, and injury resilience.

Outside of fitness, I run PFA Power MENtor, where I mentor men to build physical strength, discipline, leadership, and higher personal standards.

Where do I start? I find it really difficult to keep motivated and often spend my time wondering round a gym aimlessly not a clue what to do. After doing some research i found Mike Foster fitness. I joined their small group PT sessions at 6am and it’s fantastic! The training is great- you don’t have to think about anything and is as challenging as you want it to be. Apart from the actual fitness the community is by far the best part! Like minded people who want to get fit but have a laugh whilst doing it. I’m now enjoying my 5:45 wake up call and sets my day up.
