Outside the gym, I'm a family man through and through. I'm engaged to my incredible partner Kelly, and between us we have five kids — so I know exactly what it means to try to prioritise your health when life is genuinely full-on. No judgement here about missed sessions or tired weeks. I get it, because I live it.
