Inspired by the global fitness race format, these sessions combine functional strength, cardio endurance, and real-world grit into a fast-paced, heart-thumping workout. You’ll run, row, ski, lift, lunge, swing, and sweat your way through a structured circuit designed to improve your power, stamina, and mental toughness.

Led by our Hyrox expert coach Lucy Redmond, these classes are suitable for all fitness levels and guaranteed to deliver serious results in a seriously fun environment.
